Chapter 405 - Control and Preservation of Public Highways
NRS 405.080 - Apportionment of fees to road funds of county.

The money collected for the permits provided for in NRS 405.020 to 405.100, inclusive, shall be apportioned by the board of county commissioners to the road funds of the county.
