Chapter 298 - Presidential Electors and Elections
NRS 298.630 - "Qualified candidate" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

"Qualified candidate" means a person who is qualified to be the nominee of a party for President of the United States pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the United States and the rules of the major political party.
