Chapter 295 - Certain State and Local Ballot Questions
NRS 295.195 - Definitions.

As used in NRS 295.195 to 295.220, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "City" means an incorporated city.
2. "Council" means the governing body of a city.
