Chapter 21 - Enforcement of Judgments
NRS 21.111 - Constable authorized to act as sheriff with respect to writ.

A constable may perform any of the duties assigned to a sheriff and has all of the authority granted to a sheriff pursuant to this chapter with respect to a writ of execution or garnishment.
