90-6-118. Signatures of board members

90-6-118. Signatures of board members. In case any of the board members whose signatures appear on notes or bonds or coupons cease to be members before the delivery of the notes or bonds, their signatures shall, nevertheless, be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if the members had remained in office until delivery.
