69-14-604. Procedure to order construction of crossing. If a board of county commissioners orders the construction of a railroad crossing, the board shall enter an order upon its minutes, specifying the place of the crossing. A copy of the order must be served upon the railroad company, and a copy must be immediately mailed to the public service commission.
