61-7-112. Coroners and medical examiners to report. Each coroner, medical examiner, or other official performing similar functions shall, on or before the 10th day of each month, report in writing to the department the deaths of all persons within the official's respective jurisdiction during the preceding calendar month as the result of traffic accidents, giving the time and place of each accident and the circumstances relating to the accident.
