Representative may be appointed to hold title to investments. — Nothing in the provisions of sections 87.120 to 87.370 shall be construed as prohibiting the retirement system from appointing, designating, and using a nominee or representative for purposes of acquiring, holding title to, and disposing of those investments which are authorized by section 87.260.
