Chapter 11 - Secretary of State; Land Records
§ 7-11-8. Functions assigned to Secretary of State to be merged and coordinated with those of former state land office

It is the intent of the legislature that the functions assigned to the Secretary of State by this chapter shall be merged and coordinated with similar functions being exercised by the state land office on January 1, 1980.
