Chapter 40 - Energy Infrastructure Revolving Loan Program
§ 57-40-1. Definitions

As used in this chapter:
"Project" means a facility constructed after July 1, 2012, with a capital investment from private sources of not less than Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00).
"MDA" means the Mississippi Development Authority.
