It is unlawful to:
Fail or refuse to comply with any rule, regulation or order of the commission issued under Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531;
Fail or refuse to establish, maintain, provide, copy, or permit access to records or reports as required by Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 regulations adopted under Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531;
Fail or refuse to permit entry or inspection as required by Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 or regulations adopted under Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531;
Obtain certification through fraudulent representation;
Fail to obtain certification from the commission or the United States Environmental Protection Agency and perform work requiring certification at a job site; or
Fraudulently obtain certification and engage in any lead-based paint activities requiring certification.
