EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact
§ 41-59-103. "State EMS Authority" defined

The term "State EMS Authority," as referred to in Section 2 of the EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact, means the Mississippi State Board of Health acting through the Mississippi State Department of Health.
