Section 691.1460 - Retroactive Effective Date; Application of Act.

Sec. 10.
(1) This act applies retroactively to any claim or cause of action that accrues after March 1, 2020.
(2) This act does not apply to a claim or cause of action that accrues after July 1, 2022.
