Act 181 of 1963 - Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1963 (480.11 - 480.25)
Section 480.24 - Enforcement of State Civil Infraction.

Sec. 14.
A state civil infraction shall be enforced in the manner provided for enforcement of state civil infractions in chapter 88 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.8801 to 600.8835.
