Sec. 12.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than 100 dollars or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, and costs of prosecution, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
