Section 6. The commissioner shall, at the expense of each warehouseman, give notice of his license and qualification, of the amount of the bond given by him and of any discontinuance of his license and shall, at the expense of any surety on his bond proceeding under section two A, give notice of the revocation of his license, by publishing such notice once in each week for three successive weeks in some newspaper published in the city or town where the warehouse is located.
