Subtitle 1 - Prohibited Acts
Section 15-107 - Threats or Coercion

An employee or public official of this State may not use a threat or coercion to induce or attempt to induce an employee in the skilled service or professional service:
        (1)    to resign;
        (2)    to take a leave of absence; or
        (3)    to waive a right granted by this Division I.
