§33. Bureau of Human Resources to inform supervisors and state employees
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for informing supervisors and state employees about the provisions of this chapter. The Director of Human Resources, at a minimum, shall distribute a sufficient number of copies of this chapter, which shall be visibly posted in all state buildings, in order to notify the greatest possible number of state employees about the provisions in this chapter.
