§3423. Connection without permit
If any person connects a private drain with a public drain or enters it by a side drain without a permit, the municipal officers may immediately destroy the connection. That person commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not more than $200 may be adjudged, to be paid to the municipality where the offense is committed. [PL 1987, c. 737, Pt.
