§208-E. Domestic violence elevated aggravated assault

1. A person is guilty of domestic violence elevated aggravated assault if:
A. The person violates section 208‑B; and [PL 2019, c. 412, §2 (NEW).]
B. (TEXT EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1/01/23) The victim is a family or household member as defined in Title 19‑A, section 4002, subsection 4. [PL 2019, c. 412, §2 (NEW).]
B. (TEXT EFFECTIVE 1/01/23) The victim is a family or household member as defined in Title 19‑A, section 4102, subsection 6. [PL 2021, c. 647, Pt. B, §20 (AMD); PL 2021, c. 647, Pt. B, §65 (AFF).]
