45-315. Timetable for printing session laws. After the sine die adjournment of each legislative session, the state printer and the secretary of state shall complete preparation and printing of at least a limited number of each volume of the session laws for publication on or before July 1 of such year. The state printer shall thereafter, as rapidly as practicable, print and deliver to the secretary of state bound copies as provided by law.
