Sec. 7. An individual who:
(1) is:
(A) disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle by the bureau or the appropriate authority from another jurisdiction; or
(B) subject to an out-of-service order; and
(2) operates a commercial motor vehicle;
commits a Class C misdemeanor.
