Chapter 38.5. Broadband Grants for Rural Areas
4-4-38.5-7. "Rural Area"

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "rural area" means:
(1) an unincorporated area; or
(2) a small municipality, as defined by the office in guidelines adopted under section 10 of this chapter;
in Indiana.
