Sec. 10. A ballot on which a voter writes:
(1) the voter's name;
(2) the voter's initials;
(3) a number; or
(4) a symbol (such as a star, circle, parallel lines, dots, or any combination of such symbols), if written with the intent to enable a person to determine who cast the ballot;
is void.
