Chapter 14.5. State Certificate of Biliteracy
20-30-14.5-1. "Foreign Language"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "foreign language" refers to any language other than English, including:
(1) modern languages;
(2) Latin;
(3) American Sign Language;
(4) Native American languages; and
(5) native languages.
