§347-4 Vocational rehabilitation of blind. The department of human services shall provide vocational rehabilitation for blind and visually handicapped persons in accordance with the provisions of the federal Vocational Rehabilitation Act and the Randolph-Sheppard Act and in accordance with chapter 348, to the extent permitted by the amount appropriated, funds available from the federal government, and other donations, and grants.
