The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, inserted “entry into a binding nonjudicial settlement agreement,” in subsection (b); in subsection (f), inserted paragraphs (f)(5) and (f)(6), redesignated former paragraphs (f)(5) and (f)(6) as present paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8); in subsection (h), inserted “on the date of determination” and substituted “beneficiaries” for “remainder beneficiaries, including, but not limited to, charitable entities,”; added subsections (i) and (j); redesignated former subsection (i) as present subsection (k); and added subsection (l).
