§ 46-3-200.4. Rates, Terms, and Conditions for Pole Attachments Between Communications Service Providers and Electric Membership Corporations and Their Broadband Affiliates

Ga. L. 2020, p. 814, § 1/HB 244, not codified by the General Assembly, provides that: “This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ‘Georgia Broadband Opportunity Act.’”
Ga. L. 2020, p. 814, § 2/HB 244, repealed former Code Section 46-3-200.4, pertaining to rates, terms, and conditions for pole attachments between communications service providers and electric membership corporations and their broadband affiliates, and enacted the present Code section. The former Code section was based on Ga. L. 2019, p. 226, § 3/SB 2.
