§ 42-8-106.1. Powers and Duties of Board of Community Supervision

The board shall have the following powers and duties, provided that, with respect to promulgating the rules, regulations, and standards set forth in this subsection, the board shall seek input from the commissioner of community supervision:

Effective date. —
This Code section became effective July 1, 2016.
The 2020 amendment, effective July 29, 2020, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “agency or entity” for “entity or agency” at the end of paragraph (6).
