Delayed effective date.
Code Section 34-9-105 is set out twice in this Code. This version, as set out above, is effective July 1, 2023. For version effective until July 1, 2023, see the preceding version.
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, in subsection (b), inserted “Chapter 3 of Title 5, except to the extent any such provision is in conflict with any provision of” in the first sentence, rewrote the second sentence, which read: “Said appeal shall be filed with the board in writing stating generally the grounds upon which such appeal is sought.”, substituted “such service” for “the filing of the notice of appeal with the board” in the third sentence, substituted “provided, however, that,” for “provided, however,” in the fourth sentence, and substituted “court disposing” for “court dispositive” in the last sentence.
