The 1990 amendment, effective July 1, 1990, substituted the language beginning with “the last payment” and ending with “under this chapter” for “of final payment of income benefits due under this chapter” at the end of the first sentence in subsection (b).
The 1992 amendment, effective July 1, 1992, in subsection (a), designated the existing language as paragraph (1) and added paragraph (2).
