§ 33-13-1. Definitions

As used in this article, the term:

The 2019 amendments.
The first 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted “Department of Insurance” for “Insurance Department” in paragraph (2); and deleted “Chapter 120-2-54 of” following “standards prescribed by” near the end of paragraph (4). The second 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, added paragraphs (4.1) and (6.1).
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, redesignated former paragraphs (4.1), (5), (6), (6.1), (7), (8), and (9) as paragraphs (5), (7), (8), (9), (12), (15), and (16), respectively; and added paragraphs (6), (10), (11), (13), and (14).
