Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2020, in subsection (b), substituted “September 28, 2020,” for “90 days after the effective date of this Act” at the beginning and substituted “June 30, 2020,” for “the effective date of this Act” near the end; and substituted “September 28, 2020” for “90 days after the effective date of this Act” at the end of subsection (c).
