The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, substituted “executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of the State of Georgia” for “Attorney General” twice in the introductory paragraph in subsection (a) and twice in subsection (f); substituted “Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of the State of Georgia” for “Department of Law” in paragraph (a)(2) and in subsection (e); and, in paragraph (a)(1), added “, or an attorney employed by the Department of Law” at the end.
