The 2019 amendments. —
The first 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted the present provisions of the first sentence of subsection (a) for the former provisions, which read: “The Board of Trustees of the Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Trust Fund shall accept applications from state agencies, local governments, nonprofit and for-profit entities, private land trusts, and individuals for project proposals eligible for funding.” The second 2019 amendment, effective May 12, 2019, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “and the Senate” for “and Senate” in subdivisions (d)(1) through (d)(4) and in subsection (e).

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2018, Code Section 12-6A-7, as enacted by Ga. L. 2018, p. 541, § 1/HB 332, was redesignated as Code Section 12-6A-8.
Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2019, “(18)” was substituted for “18” in the first sentence of subsection (a).
