Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 54-204 and 54-205, if based upon a review of all information available, the Office of Victim Services determines that a claim is one with respect to which undue hardship will result to the claimant if payment is not expedited, the Office of Victim Services may expedite the processing of such claim.
