Within five days of the filing of the judgment and certification in accordance with section 46b-179a, the party filing such judgment shall notify the other party to the parentage action of the filing of such judgment by registered mail at his last-known address or by personal service. The Family Support Magistrate Division shall not enforce any such foreign parentage judgment until proof of service has been filed with the court.
