Section 22a-152. (Formerly Sec. 19-25c). - Agreements with federal government.

The Governor, on behalf of this state, is authorized to enter into agreements with the government of the United States providing for relinquishment of certain of the programs of the government of the United States with respect to sources of ionizing radiation and the assumption thereof by this state, as provided for in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
