Chapter 269 - Uniform Certificate of Title for Vessels Act
Section 15-226. - Operation of Uniform Certificate of Title for Vessels Act with respect to federal act.

The provisions of sections 15-201 to 15-232, inclusive, modify, limit, and supersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC 7001, et seq., but do not modify, limit or supersede Section 101(c) of said act, 15 USC 7001(c), or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of said act, 15 USC 7003(b).
