Section 10-241b. - Cooperative agreements re administrative and central office functions.

Upon the approval of the legislative body of a municipality and the local board of education for such municipality, such legislative body and local board of education may enter into a cooperative agreement relating to the performance of administrative and central office functions for the municipality and the school district.
