[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] It is the duty of any owner or agent of any owner of thoroughbred rams of any description to herd them or keep them enclosed. Any owner or agent who refuses to comply with the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
