§ 35-43-105. Fee to Record Brands - Unlawful Use - Penalty

(3) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person, association, or corporation or any employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of subsection (2) of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
