§ 33-44-109. Duties of Skiers - Penalties












(12) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (12) is effective March 1, 2022. ] (a) Any person who violates subsection (3), (9), or (11) of this section commits a civil infraction and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (10) of this section commits a petty offense.
