§ 33-14.5-108.5. Crossing Roads, Highways, and Railroad Tracks







(3) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3) is effective March 1, 2022. ] A person who violates this section commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
