(b) Any person who violates subsection (6) of this section is guilty of a class 2 petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of fifty dollars.
(7) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (7) is effective March 1, 2022. ] (a) Any person who violates subsection (5) of this section commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of twenty-five dollars.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (6) of this section commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of fifty dollars.
