Article 14 - Snowmobiles
§ 33-14-117. Hunting, Carrying Weapons on Snowmobiles - Prohibitions




(1.5) A person may perform the activities listed in subsection (1) of this section if the person is otherwise authorized by law or by the division to do so.




(3) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who violates subsection (1) of this section commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine as follows:
(a) For a violation of subsection (1)(a) of this section, two hundred dollars;
(b) For a violation of subsection (1)(b) of this section, one hundred dollars; and
(c) For a violation of subsection (1)(c) of this section, two hundred dollars.
