§ 33-14-116. Other Operating Restrictions





(5) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (5) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who violates subsection (1) of this section commits a petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of two hundred dollars.

(6) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (6) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who violates subsection (2) or (3) of this section commits a class 1 misdemeanor.

(7) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (7) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who violates subsection (4) of this section commits a petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
