§ 31-25-1112. Sale - Certificate of Purchase - Filing

"Certificate of Purchase.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on the .............. day of .............., A.D., 20......, the following described property, to wit:

was sold to .............. for the nonpayment of a special assessment for (nature of assessment) in the sum of $ ........ . If such property is not redeemed within three years from the above date, a deed to said property will issue to said .............., or his heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns. If redemption is made, the holder hereof shall be entitled to interest on said amount at the rate of one percent per month from the date of said sale to the date of redemption.
