(d) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (1)(d) is effective July 1, 2024. ] Certifying early intervention service brokers for early intervention services provided pursuant to this part 7; and
(3) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3) is effective July 1, 2024. ] Nothing in this part 7 inhibits, encumbers, or controls the use of local money, including county grants, revenues from local mill levies, and private grants and contributions, that a certified early intervention service broker or county government may elect to allocate for the benefit of eligible children.
