At the request of the state historical society, officials of the bureau of mines of the state of Colorado, the Colorado school of mines, the university of Colorado, and other state educational institutions shall consult with the state historical society and shall assist and advise the society concerning the technical aspects, maintenance, display, and utilization of any part or all of the mineral exhibit described in section 24-80-212.
